01 Purpose and who this is for
This agreement governs the Affiliate Program of Vibefarma, LLC (1032 E Brandon Blvd #7001, Brandon, FL 33511). It is intended for physicians, health professionals (physical therapists, dietitians, psychologists, PNI or functional medicine practitioners) and health-focused content creators who know the products, trust their quality, and recommend them freely, honestly and on their own judgment.
02 Products that earn commission
The program pays commission on all Vibefarma products, except services provided by third parties (for example, lab tests), which are excluded. Anything not included earns no commission, even if the platform flags it in error.
03 Commission per sale
The affiliate earns a 15% commission on each completed and paid purchase by a referred customer. The calculation base is the sale value excluding sales tax and shipping. Purchases made by the affiliate themselves do not count. The percentage may be revised in response to market changes; any change is communicated through the affiliate dashboard and takes effect from the date of that notice. No affiliate acquires a permanent right to a specific percentage.
04 Discount for the referred customer
The referred customer gets an exclusive 10% discount through the affiliate’s link or coupon. It is permanent for as long as the affiliate is active and does not stack with other store promotions.
05 Tracking and referral attribution
The cookie carrying the affiliate ID expires after 30 days: any purchase within that window earns commission. In addition, through one-year attribution, each referral stays tied to the affiliate for 12 months, so their purchases earn commission across that year even if they do not arrive through the link or the 30-day cookie has lapsed. Affiliates can see this in their dashboard.
06 Referral volume bonus
On top of the commission, based on purchases completed and paid within that calendar month:
- 10–24 referrals → +$25
- 25–49 → +$60
- 50–99 → +$150
- 100+ → +$350
Tiers are exclusive: you receive the bonus for the tier reached, not the sum of the tiers below. Returns and cancellations are deducted from the count; the affiliate’s own purchases do not count.
07 Creator PRO bonus (optional)
A voluntary tier for affiliates with an active presence as video creators. The content is the creator’s own honest opinion of the products, within the communication rules in this agreement (section 11). It requires granting read access to the account’s metrics (Business Manager / Creator Studio). We pay $300 for every 3 videos (60 seconds minimum, explicit mention of Vibefarma) published within the month and approved by the Vibefarma team. Links are submitted before the 28th.
08 Product credit ($100/month)
The affiliate receives a $100 credit, reloading monthly, to spend on any product in the Vibefarma store, for as long as they remain active in the program. The reload is automatic each month.
09 Tax requirements and invoicing
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents or partners of Vibefarma, LLC. Before the first payment, US affiliates must provide a completed Form W-9; non-US affiliates must provide the applicable Form W-8. Where payments to a US affiliate reach the IRS reporting threshold in a calendar year, Vibefarma will issue a Form 1099-NEC. Affiliates are solely responsible for their own federal, state and local tax obligations, including self-employment tax.
10 Payment of commissions
The affiliate invoices for the total commissions and bonuses generated in the previous month. Payment is made by bank transfer once Vibefarma receives the invoice and the required tax form is on file. If an affiliate is unable to invoice, store credit may be issued instead (minimum $50 / maximum $100).
11 Communication and advertising rules
Because these are dietary supplements, the affiliate agrees to:
- Make honest, personal recommendations based on judgment. No spam.
- Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously in every endorsement, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) — in the post itself, not buried in a bio, a hashtag pile or behind a “more” link.
- Not claim that the products diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Only structure/function statements are permitted, always accompanied by the FDA disclaimer.
- Keep to claims supported by the product labeling and applicable law (FDCA and DSHEA), and not present personal results as typical.
- Not guarantee specific outcomes. The affiliate is responsible for their own communications.
Non-compliance may lead to immediate suspension of the affiliate and forfeiture of the associated commissions.
12 Term, changes and termination
Vibefarma may update these terms by giving notice through the affiliate dashboard, effective from the date of that notice. The affiliate may end their participation at any time; commissions accrued up to that point are settled under these terms.
13 Privacy and data
Affiliate and referral data is processed to run the program, in line with our Privacy Policy and with applicable US privacy law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended, where it applies. The affiliate agrees to handle any data belonging to their referrals in compliance with the law in force.
14 Governing law and jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The parties submit any dispute to the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
