This Privacy Policy explains how Vibefarma, LLC (“Vibefarma,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit vibefarma.com/us, place an order, or contact us. By using the Site you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (health diagnoses, precise geolocation, biometrics). Please do not send us health details you consider sensitive.

2. How we use information

• Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders and handle returns and customer service;
• Send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates);
• With your consent where required, send marketing emails about products, offers, and content (you can unsubscribe anytime);
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site and prevent fraud;
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

• Fulfillment / logistics: Quick Logistics (U.S. 3PL) to pick, pack, and ship your order;
• Payment processing: Stripe;
• Email & CRM: our marketing/CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to manage communications;
• Analytics & advertising: Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, and the TikTok Pixel — used both in your browser and via server-side tracking — to measure traffic and advertising campaigns;
• Professional advisors & authorities when required by law, or in connection with a merger or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, because we use advertising cookies and pixels (Meta, TikTok, Google), our sharing of certain data with those ad platforms may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under some U.S. state laws (such as California’s). We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can control cookies through your browser and, where offered, our consent banner.

5. Your U.S. privacy rights

California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know/access the personal information we hold about you; delete it; correct inaccuracies; and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email usa@vibefarma.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject; we may need to verify your identity. You may use an authorized agent.

Other states

Residents of other states with privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas) may have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising. Use the same contact method above.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above, including legal, tax, and accounting requirements (order records are typically retained for several years as required by law), then delete or anonymize it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International visitors

The Site is intended for the United States and hosted/served for that market. If you access it from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. under U.S. law. (Vibefarma’s Spanish store operates under a separate EU/Spain privacy policy.)
