These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of vibefarma.com/us and any related pages, content, and services (together, the “Site”), and your purchase of any products offered on the Site. The Site is operated by Vibefarma, LLC (“Vibefarma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company with a U.S. mailing address at 1032 E Brandon Blvd #7001, Brandon, FL 33511.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By placing an order you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products, descriptions & availability

Our products are dietary supplements, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease (see the Disclaimer). We try to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, ingredient information, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors and packaging may vary. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue any product, or correct errors at any time without prior notice.

3. Pricing, orders & payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required.
  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. A confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance; a contract is formed only when we ship the product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order you already paid for, we will refund you.
  • Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers. Your use of a payment method is subject to that provider’s terms.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Health notice

The information on the Site is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication (including blood thinners), or have a medical condition. 6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; resell our products without authorization; scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the Site; upload malicious code; infringe our or others’ rights; or post false, defamatory, or misleading reviews. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Reviews & user content

If you submit a review, comment, or other content, you grant Vibefarma a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for your content and represent that it is truthful and does not violate any law or third-party right. We may remove content at our discretion; we do not remove honest reviews merely because they are negative.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, product names (e.g., “Omega 3 Pro,” “SPMs Pro,” “Pro-Resolution Protocol”), and design — are owned by or licensed to Vibefarma and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission. Third-party marks (e.g., IFOS™, GOED™, DELASOL®, Lipinova®, OmegaTex®) are the property of their respective owners.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEFARMA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEFARMA AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibefarma from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (To be confirmed with U.S. counsel; alternative: New Mexico, the LLC’s state of formation.) Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you prefer binding arbitration and a class-action waiver instead of court, counsel can add an arbitration clause here — it is optional and has trade-offs.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
