We will confirm eligibility and provide a return authorization and the return address. <b>Please do not send items back without authorization<\/b> \u2014 unauthorized returns may not be refundable.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Return shipping<\/h2>\n<p>Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
